Tai Chi & Qigong

Qigong and Tai-Chi ancient modalities involve slow, mindful movement as a form of meditation and healing. All levels welcome.

 

Meditation

Thu: 12:00-12:45pm

 

Qi Gong Meditation class entails laying down, sitting or cross-legged meditation posture.  Participants are engaged in mindful breathing and visualization techniques. Class is designed to help participants relieve pressures of daily life (stress). We’ll explore the guided Qi Gong Meditation experience that  breaks the cycle of the “rat race”, shreds our ego and brings our mind to the realm of non-dual somatic awareness of our true-self.
