
Prana Flow Meditation class entails gentle flow movement, sitting or standing meditation. Participants are engaged in mindful breathing and visualization techniques. Class is designed to help participants relieve pressures of daily life (stress). We’ll explore the guided Meditation experience that breaks the cycle of the “rat race”, shreds one’s ego and brings the mind to the realm of non-dual somatic awareness of true-self.
