Somatic Meditation class entails sitting or lying down. Participants are engaged in mindful breathing and visualization techniques. Class is designed to help participants relieve pressures of daily life (stress). We’ll explore the guided Somatic Meditation experience that breaks the cycle of the “rat race”, shreds one’s ego and brings the mind to the realm of non-dual somatic awareness of true-self.
